How can I edit the copy and settings of my Custom Reminders in the HotDoc Dashboard?

By default, your Dashboard will come with access to Standard & Early Reminder Templates. If your practice has access to Custom Reminder Templates they will be visible in your Dashboard under the Customer Reminder tab. Users can not create new Custom Templates in your Dashboard, however, you can edit existing templates that have been set up for your practice. |

If your practice has access to Custom Reminder Templates, you can edit the email and SMS message, adjust active practitioners and customise the appointment type or cancellation settings.
