How do I update my practice settings from Telehealth only to In-person consults?
Solution
If your practice was previously conducting Telehealth only appointments, but is now switching to accepting in-person appointments as well. Follow the steps below to update your profile location and appointment types accordingly.
- From the HotDoc Dashboard, click Setup > Practice Profile.
- Scroll to the Practice Location section and select In person (including telehealth).
- Complete the Street Address, Suburb, Map location fields and click Save.
Optional- add some directions or information about street parking for the practice.
- Update your practice's existing appointment types to In-person by selecting the tick box next to the appointment type and click Update appointments.
