Question
I am a new practice going through the onboarding checklist for HotDoc Bookings, but the following message is appearing and I cannot continue. How do I fix this?

Solution
To fix this issue please ensure that you have completed all of the steps below:
- Ensure you have set up a practitioner in your practice management software (PMS).
- Ensure you have created session times for the practitioner with a start time or date - Please see How do I check that my practitioners sessions are set up correctly? to check if your practitioners sessions are set up correctly in order for HotDoc to sync this information.
- Book a test appointment for the practitioner in your appointment book for a time in the future. The test appointment must be in an open session for HotDoc to sync this information.
| It can sometimes take up to an hour for HotDoc to sync this new information after you have set up the practitioner, created the sessions and added a test appointment. |
