How do I remove or hide an available time in the Calendar?

Solution

You can remove an available appointment time from appearing online directly from the HotDoc Calendar. Please follow the guide below to learn how to do this.

1. To make a time unavailable, In the Dashboard go to Calendar, then click the X button next to the appointment time:
   
   
   
   
2. The appointment time will then be greyed out and unavailable for bookings:
    
   
   
   
3. To make this session time available again, click on the slot and select Delete Session. This time will then be green again and available online.
