How can I view a patient's appointment details in the HotDoc Calendar?

Solution

1. To view a patient's appointment details, you can hover your mouse over the appointment to see a quick view of the details:
   
   
   
   
2. To see this in further detail, click the appointment in the calendar:
   
   
   
   
3. The Edit appointment module will then appear where you can see:
   
   1. Add and view icons
   2. Appointment type, practitioner & edit button, and appointment date, duration & reschedule button
   3. Patient arrival statuses
   4. Patient details
   5. Patient's next or previous appointment
   6. Recalls for the patient (if any) 
   7. Appointment notes 
   8. Cancel Appointment, Book Next Appt or Add Recall options
   9. Done button, to return to the Calendar
