How can I see what my forms look like for patients? 

Solution

You can preview your form(s) in the Forms section of your HotDoc Dashboard, allowing you to see exactly how it appears to patients: 

1. Log in to your Dashboard.
   
   
2. In the column on the left hand side, go to Forms > Forms.
   
   
3.  Click Preview next to the form of your choice:
   
   
   
   
4. You will then be redirected to preview your form, where you can also complete the form as if you were a patient: 
   
   
   
   
5. To return to your Dashboard, exit the tab with the form preview.
