Can I hide or change the order of my practitioners from appearing in the HotDoc Calendar? 

Solution

You can sort the order of practitioners or hide practitioners to create space if they are not taking bookings. Follow the steps below to see how to do this:

1. Log in to the Dashboard and go to Calendar:
   
   
   
   
2. On the right hand side, click Settings and a panel will appear with the list of practitioners:
   
   
3. To change the order of your practitioners in the Calendar, click and drag their name to the top or bottom of the list and this change will occur simultaneously:
   
   
   Note: The top of the list corresponds to the left of the Calendar, the bottom of the list corresponds to the right. 
   
   
4. To hide practitioners from appearing in the Calendar, untick the box next to their name. For practitioners to appear again, simply check the box. This change will occur simultaneously:
   
   
   
   
5. Click the X at the top of the panel to return to the Calendar. If you have hidden practitioners, you will also see the number of visible practitioners showing next to the Settings button:
