How can I download my CPD Certificate after completing a Webinar or Workshop?

Solution

After participating and completing a HotDoc webinar or workshop, you may wish to download your CPD Certificate. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. If you are watching a webinar live, the CPD certificate will be available at the 45 minute mark of the Live session. To obtain it, click on the Earn Certification icon on the ON24 tool bar at the bottom of your screen:
   
   
   
   
2. If you are watching a recorded webinar after the live date or if you are registered for a workshop, a link to the CPD certificate will be available below the recorded webinar/workshop video. To access this link, you will first need to register your details to watch the webinar/workshop:
   
   
   
   
3. Once you have accessed the recorded webinar or workshop, you will see button to download your certificate below the video:
   
   
   
   
4. This will open up an editable PDF Form. From here, enter your name and the date of completion, and download or print off a copy:
   
   
   
   
5. If other colleagues attended these sessions with you, you can edit the Certificate as many times as you need for all who attended.
