Am I able to see which patients have cancelled their appointment via their appointment reminder?
Solution
By default, patients have the ability to cancel their appointments through the Reminders system. To check which patients have cancelled via appointment reminder, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Navigate to Reminders > History. On the Reminders History screen, you can see a record of all sent Reminders:
- To see only cancellations, click the Status filter and tick Cancelled:
- You can also choose to filter by appointment date range, reminder type, practitioner and appointment type.
If your practice wishes to have patients call the practice to cancel within a certain time frame of their appointment, this can be set on the practitioner's profile. For more information, please see: How to add or edit a Practitioner
