How can I view upcoming appointment reminders for patients' future appointments?
Solution
You can view all of the Reminder messages that are queued to be sent to patients for upcoming appointments directly from the Future Reminders section of your HotDoc Dashboard.
- Firstly, log in to your HotDoc Dashboard then navigate to Reminders > Future Reminders:
- The Future Reminders screen displays all your upcoming appointment reminders that HotDoc have queued with the following information:
- The patient's name, DOB, appointment time, practitioner and appointment type
- What time the appointment reminder is scheduled to send
- The Expected send time column will state the date & time the reminder will send or if the reminder is not expected to send.
