How do I open the HotDoc Sidebar on my computer?
Solution
The HotDoc Sidebar will usually open automatically upon signing into your computer user. However, if the Sidebar has been disabled from this then you can also open it manually:
- The HotDoc Sidebar icon should be found on the desktop or toolbar. Double click on the icon to open this.

Enter your HotDoc username, password and press Log In. If you have forgotten your password, please see this article to reset it.

Minimise the Sidebar so it does not interfere with your other applications. It will continue to work in the background.
