Your practice has been registered under Patient Discovery so you were opted into HotDoc automatically. If you have any questions please reach out to Dental4Windows and they can clarify your exact settings

My practice uses Dental4Windows. How do I get listed on HotDoc?
To be listed on HotDoc you can submit a form here. Your practice must be using Dental4Windows eAppointments, if you don’t currently use the eAppointments module you can reach out to Dental4Windows Sales Team to sign up at sales@centaursoftware.com. From here, you can sign up for Patient Discovery and find HotDoc as a listed partner.
