How can I obtain my HotDoc Academy course certificate after completing online learning?

Solution

When you complete full product training courses in HotDoc Academy you will be awarded with a certificate. This displays:

• Your name (as it appears in your Sidebar or Dashboard account)
• The name of the course you completed
• The completion date
• A unique certificate number 

You will automatically receive an email congratulating you on finishing the course with a link to the certificate page.

You can also view all your HotDoc Academy certificates in your learner profile.

To do this:

1. Go to HotDoc Academy and, if required, login with your HotDoc Sidebar or Dashboard account details.
   
   
   
2. Click on the profile icon at the top right of the page and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
3. Within the Registrations section, you will see all the courses you have enrolled in and in the Status column, where a certificate has been awarded, you'll see a View Certificate link. Click this to go to the certificate page.
   
   
   

On the certificate page, you can download the certificate as a PDF. There are two ways to do this: 

1. Click on the image of the certificate which will begin the download of a PDF.
2. At the bottom of the page, click on the Download as PDF button
