How can I add an alert message to my Booking Profile so that patients can see this when they make a booking?
Answer
You can add an alert message to your bookings page in the Practice Profile section of your Dashboard. This will appear with your practice information when a patient views your profile. Please view the instructions below to see how to do this:
- Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard
- Go to Setup > Practice Profile:
- Scroll down to the Alert Message section and add the message you want to communicate to your patients, then press Save.
- On your HotDoc bookings profile, you will then see the alert message in blue like below:
