How to add an alert message to your Bookings Profile

Question

How can I add an alert message to my Booking Profile so that patients can see this when they make a booking?

 

Answer

You can add an alert message to your bookings page in the Practice Profile section of your Dashboard. This will appear with your practice information when a patient views your profile. Please view the instructions below to see how to do this:

  1. Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard

  2. Go to Setup > Practice Profile:

  3. Scroll down to the Alert Message section and add the message you want to communicate to your patients, then press Save.

  4. On your HotDoc bookings profile, you will then see the alert message in blue like below:
