How to connect the Check-in Kiosk to Wi-Fi

In order for the Chromebase Kiosk to check in a patient, it needs to be connected to a strong and stable internet network.

You will be able to connect to the internet by either an ethernet cable or via the Wi-Fi network at your clinic. This article will take you through how to connect your kiosk to a wireless network.

 

How to connect your Chromebase Kiosk to Wi-Fi

  1. When you switch on your Kiosk, this screen will show if it has not previously joined and remembered an internet connection:

  2. Tap the select a network drop down menu and select the your Wi-Fi network:

  3. Enter your Wi-Fi password as required for this network and select connect:

  4. Once successfully connected, you will then be prompted to login into the Kiosk, using your HotDoc clinic user details (Sidebar and Dashboard login):
