How do I turn on and activate an Inform Activations campaign?

Solution

Inform Activation campaigns are easily activated or deactivated, allowing you to customise the campaigns that you show to the patient based upon your practice's needs.

To activate an Inform Activations Campaign:

1. Log into your HotDoc Dashboard
   
   
2. Navigate to Inform > Activations:
   
   
   
   
3. Ensure you have set up your practice's email address, see How to add an email address for Activation alerts for more information. 
   
   
4. Select which campaign you want to activate and switch the toggle to show ON:
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Info next to the campaign to view more information:
   
   
   
   
   
6. View how many Impressions, Activations and Bookings you have gained from that campaign as well as any targeting information:
   
   
   
   
   

7. Click through the interactive mobile screen on the left to view a demo of the campaign:
