How do I view my activations?

Question

How do I view my activations that have already been actions or are still in progress?

 

Solution

You can view any Activations that you have already actioned as well as those still in progress in the Inform > Activations section of the HotDoc Dashboard. 

Here, you can easily move a lead back onto your Open Activations screen if you have accidentally removed it. 

How to view activations in the Dashboard

  1. Login to your HotDoc Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Inform > Activations then select View Activations on the relevant campaign:

  3. This screen lists the patients this Activation was shown to as well as the status they're in. You can tick options to filter for specific patients. Then select View on a specific lead to see further information:

  4. In this view, you can leave notes about the lead in the text box, and change their status in the dropdown menu. Then select Update to save the changes:

If a patient replies Yes to all the questions in the flow, their activation will show up in the dashboard with status New.

If they reply No to a question after starting the flow, their activation will show up with status Patient interacted.
