I would like to set up or turn off a HotDoc Inform Promotion. How can I do this?
Solution
Inform Promotions are easily activated or deactivated from the Dashboard, allowing you to customise the messages that you are showing to patients based upon the practice's needs.
There may be seasonal campaigns that you might want to control such as promotions for Flu clinics or vaccines. See below to learn how to switch the campaigns on or off manually in the HotDoc Dashboard.

How to activate an Inform Promotion

Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard, then select Inform and Promotions

Identify the campaigns that you'd like to enable, and select all the relevant checkboxes for where you'd like to promote this campaign. This will save automatically. Repeat this for any other campaign.

How to deactivate an Inform Promotion

Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard, then select Inform and Promotions

To deactivate a Campaign, untick all the boxes for that Campaign and your changes will automatically save.
