How do I upgrade from a HotDoc 'Basic' Profile to a 'HotDoc Profile with Bookings'?

Solution

You can upgrade from a HotDoc 'Basic' Profile to a Standard Profile within the HotDoc Dashboard in a few easy steps:

1. Open your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to the Home page:
   
   
   
   
2. Under Get more out of HotDoc, select your practice management software and click Learn more:
   
   
   
   
3. Review the details of your HotDoc Standard Profile plan as well as your Billing Details and select Continue:
   
   
   
   
4. A modal containing HotDoc's Software User Agreement will pop up. If you wish to proceed after reading the user agreement, please enter your full name, check the I have reviewed and agree to the above terms box and finally click Sign the user agreement:
   
   
   
   
5. Congratulations, you're now ready to complete the set up of your HotDoc Standard Profile!
   
   You'll be redirected back to the Home page where you will find the Bookings Checklist to complete in order to get your upgraded profile live:
