How do I sign up for the D4W patient discovery program?
D4W has partnered with HotDoc to automatically provide visibility on our platform for practices on their partner discovery program.
If you're interested in using HotDoc integrated bookings with D4W, we ask that you contact D4W directly. To do so, please head to their website for support options to discuss your part in the patient discovery program. I have signed up for the program and have one of our locations listed on HotDoc, how do I add another location?
You sign up for each individual location through Centaur. Their database will be linked with HotDoc and the information provided to them will be visible on HotDoc. You must complete the Patient Discovery sign-up form for each location and Centaur send all submissions to HotDoc.
Why am I appearing on HotDoc?
D4W has partnered with HotDoc to automatically provide visibility on our platform for practices on their partner discovery program. If you've joined Centaur's Patient Discovery program, you'll automatically have a HotDoc profile. This allows patients to see available time slots and book their dental practice through the HotDoc app and website.
How will I be notified of new bookings that have come via HotDoc?
The patient will receive an appointment confirmation through email from HotDoc. The practice will not receive an appointment confirmation, it will be booked in their calendar.
The Practice will be notified through the eAppointments toolbar icons that they have a new online appointment in D4W.
How do I check if my HotDoc Profile is live?
You can search your practice on hotdoc.com.au. Please contact D4W if your profile is not live 2 weeks after submitting the information.
The information showing on my profile is not correct. How do I make changes to my HotDoc Profile?
You can use the change process provided by Centaur. You need to complete Patient Discovery Change Request form and Centaur sends all the submissions to HotDoc. HotDoc applies changes as requested in the change request form.
Do I get access to a HotDoc Dashboard?
You don’t get access to the HotDoc dashboard, you can make changes through your Centaur Portal.
How do I remove our practice from the D4W patient discovery program?
Please get in touch with D4W directly. To do so, please head to their website for support options to discuss your part in the patient discovery program. You can get in touch with Centaur support team at support@centaursoftware.com.au or 1300 855 966 ext. 2.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to be listed on HotDoc, you can deselect HotDoc as a partner in your Dental4Windows dashboard.
What do we do if we're having syncing issues between D4W and HotDoc?
You can contact D4W support at support@centaursoftware.com.au or 1300 855 966 ext. 2, they will triage the issue and contact the HotDoc team if that is the best way to solve the issue.
Will I be charged to use this program?
You pay a low one-off charge per new confirmed patient. You can find more information on the Patient Discovery page on the Centaur website.
