How much does HotDoc cost?

HotDoc calculates your monthly rate based upon the number of active Doctors and Allied Health practitioners on the platform.

Our subscription rate applies to practitioners who have been active on at least Online Bookings, Appointment Reminders or Recalls in your monthly billing cycle.

• HotDoc's subscription costs for GP practices has a minimum cost of $170.60 a month (2 practitioners) even if your practice operates with less than 2 active practitioners.
  

While only practitioners using Bookings, Reminders or Recalls are counted towards your overall monthly cost, you still have complete access to the full suite of features that HotDoc has to offer, as well as extras such as our award winning customer service, robust security compliance and access to HotDoc Academy.

HotDoc’s subscription rate is applicable to all active practitioners regardless of hours worked. Our rates take into variations in hours worked without setting higher rates for practitioners that choose to work full time hours.
