How to install HotDoc (Helix)

Helix
If you have just signed up for HotDoc and use Helix as your clinical software, you do not need to install any HotDoc apps onto your server. Instead, HotDoc will sync from the cloud using your Helix details.

What happens when I sign up for HotDoc?

  1. HotDoc's installation manager will get in touch with Medical Director to let them know that your practice has signed up for HotDoc.

  2. Medical Director will then contact your practice directly and ask you to sign a data consent form. Once this has been signed, Medical Director will provide HotDoc with an access key to ensure the practice is synced to the cloud.

  3. When this process is complete, you will receive an e-mail from your onboarding manager to schedule your first training session with HotDoc.

In the meantime, sit back and relax until you receive your first email!
