Why are today's slots that are available in our practice management system, not showing as bookable on our HotDoc Bookings Page?

Log into your HotDoc Dashboard.
- Navigate to Bookings > Practitioner Setup:
- Select Edit next to the affected practitioner:
- Scroll to 'Online Bookings Settings':
Check to make sure patients can book an appointment <1 day before the appointment starts.
- In the example above, Patients can book an appointment online 0 minutes before the appointment. This means, when viewing the practitioner's online availability, all future slots will show including the availability they have for that day.
- In the example above, Patients can book an appointment online 5 hours before the appointment, when viewing the practitioner's online availability, it will skip the next 5 hours and display slots available past that point. - Changing this setting will take effect immediately. Review your changes by clicking View my Bookings page at the top of your dashboard.
