My Recalls/Clinical Reminders/Results are showing on my Dashboard as 'To action - Paused' and I need to manually action them.
How do I make them send automatically?

When HotDoc finds a recall or clinical reminder that needs to be actioned, it will follow a sequence according to the Template Group the recall reason is linked to.
On your Dashboard, you can choose if you want each template to start the sequence automatically or, if you prefer, to manually start them.
Follow the steps below to set up your Templates Groups so that HotDoc starts the sequence automatically.
- Log in to your Dashboard and click on Recalls > Template Groups.
- The last column on the right will show you which Template Groups are set up to be sent manually and which one are set up to be sent automatically:
- To edit a template, click the Edit Template button below the template name.
- On the Template Settings page, you will see the Send HotDoc Recall automatically check box underneath the Reminder message field. If you want recalls linked to this template to be sent automatically, tick this box and click Save in the bottom right.
