How do I remove or hide an available time in the Calendar?
You can remove an available appointment time from appearing online directly from the HotDoc Calendar. Please follow the guide below to learn how to do this.
- In the Appointment Calendar view, click the X button next to the appointment time you would like to make unavailable.
- The appointment time will then be greyed out and unavailable for bookings:
- To make this session time available again, click on the slot and select Delete Session. This time will then be green again and available online.
