How do I edit the pre or post appointment information that is sent with Flu or Covid-19 vaccine appointment types?
Solution
If you have set up your Flu or Covid-19 vaccine appointment types using the setup in Vaccinations section of your Dashboard, you may have enabled the pre and post appointment information for your appointments.
You can edit this information using the step by step solution below:
- Go to Vaccinations > COVID-19 or Flu in your Dashboard.
- Click View Appointment Setup under each appointment type you would like to edit:
- Click Edit next to Communications. You can then add, edit or remove the pre or post-appointment information. Press Save and your changes will be effective immediately:
Please note: If all the text in the pre-appointment information is removed, patients who book in via reception will no longer receive a confirmation email at the time of their booking being created
