Last updated 11 March 2022 01:07   ∙   ~ minute read

Question

I've lost my recovery code for my multi-factor authentication, how can I login?

In the instance where you no longer have access to your authenticator app and are unable to locate your recovery code, you will need to follow the steps below to set this up again.

Solution

  1. Contact our Support Team by emailing support@hotdoc.com.au to request that disable multi-factor authentication (MFA). Please ensure you clarify which associated email address it needs to be disabled for.

  2. Once the Support Team have confirmed that this has been disabled, please log back into the Dashboard and follow the steps in the following guide to set this up again: How can I enable/disable multi-factor authentication for my account?
