Internet browser support for practices using HotDoc

How can I update my internet browser to be compatible with HotDoc?

Solution

If your internet browser version is outdated, you may have some issues with your HotDoc Dashboard or bookings page and see an error like the image above. 
To get the best, most secure experience please make sure you have updated your browser from the appropriate link below. 
  • Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/ 
  • Mozilla Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/ 
  • Microsoft Edge: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge 
  • Safari: https://www.apple.com/osx/

If you're experiencing compatibility issues with the Dashboard, please do try using Google Chrome as your internet browser as we've seen this can resolve some compatibility issues.
