Question
I want to temporarily disable the option for patients to request repeat prescriptions or referrals on our booking page (e.g. the clinic will be closed due to a holiday period).
Solution:
- Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard and select Repeats > Setup.
- Scroll down to the section titled Temporarily Disable. From here, you can select the date range you'd like to disable this feature for and you can also add an optional message to give your patients additional information about why this feature has been disabled. Repeats will automatically reenable on the day you nominated.
- Lastly, click the Update Details button to save your changes:
