As you assign reasons to template groups, you may find that you need to remove a reason that may no longer be applicable. There may also be times when a reason is mistakenly assigned to a template group that you will need to un-assign.

How to un-assign a reason
- Navigate to Recalls > Template groups in the HotDoc Dashboard.
- Select the Edit Reasons button on the template you wish to edit:
- Locate the reason you wish to remove in the Assigned Reasons list then select the 'x' button to remove the reason from the list:
- Lastly, save your changes by selecting the green Save button:
