These requests are sent directly to your doctors to action, via the HotDoc Sidebar. This is only eligible for existing patients at your practice.
This article explains the patient experience when they request a Quick Consult online through your HotDoc bookings page, including:
- Creating a request from your booking page
- Logging in or signing up to HotDoc to complete the request
- Adding a payment method, and if this fails
-
Emails that the patient receives, once a request is pending, is approved or is declined by the practitioner.
- Please note: All emails sent to the patient are sent from noreply@hotdoc.com.au, not your practice or the practitioners email.
