How do Reminders write back to my Pracsoft Appointment Book?

If your clinic is using the Pracsoft Appointment Book system, there are a few different ways in which we use colours to let you know of the status of your HotDoc Reminders.

One Red Bar

If you see a red bar appear, this would indicate that the HotDoc Reminder was unable to be sent for any one of the following reasons:

- The Patient has opted out

- The Patient has an invalid mobile number in their clinic record

- The appointment is sitting outside of an active session for that Practitioner

One Green Bar

If you see one green bar appear and another bar next to it which is white or 'hollow', this would indicate that the HotDoc Reminder has been successfully sent but the patient is yet to cancel or confirm.

Two Green Bars

If you see two green bars appear next to the appointment, this would indicate that the HotDoc Reminder has been successfully sent, and the Patient has confirmed.

As with all HotDoc features, we can customise this so that we can write back red or green lines only. If you would like this change, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager for further assistance.

If you require any assistance with this, please contact HotDoc at support@hotdoc.com.au
