In addition to the default Early, Standard and Immediate Reminder types, you can also set up Custom Reminders. These are Reminders that can be configured with custom message text, and set to send a specified amount of time before the patient's appointment. Once created, Custom Reminders can be activated to send only for certain practitioners at your clinic.
Please note: When assigned to a practitioner, Custom Reminders will override any of the default Reminder types and will be sent in their place.
