How can I stop Recalls from sending to an age group?
Solution
You may wish to customise your Recall settings so some patients within a specific age bracket do not receive Recall SMN's from HotDoc. The most common reasons to do this is to protect the privacy of teenagers or to exclude an age group/demographic that may not have access to a smart phone.
To edit the settings:
- Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard and click Recalls > Settings.
- Age restrictions can be set in the section below. There are two options: a setting for teenagers and a setting for patients over a specific age:
- Enter the desired age range and save your changes.
