Push Notifications are a great way to send messages to your patients in a secure and trusted format. Enabling Push Notifications allows HotDoc to send a push notification to a patient rather than an SMS, if they have allowed push notifications on their app.

How to enable push notifications for Appointment Reminders
- Login to your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to Reminders > Settings:
- In the section marked Enable Push Notifications, tick the box next to Send Reminders via Push Notifications where possible:
