Push Notifications are a great way to save on SMS costs for your HotDoc Reminders.
Enabling Push Notifications will allow HotDoc to send a push notification to a patient rather than an SMS if they have allowed push notifications on their app.
- Login to your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to Reminders > Settings:
- In the section marked Enable Push Notifications, tick the box next to Send Reminders via Push Notifications where possible:
- Select the green Save button in the lower right corner of the page to finish:
