When HotDoc performs an automatic action such as sending out a Recall SMS, or if the patient performs an action such as reading the Recall SMS, we will keep an audit of this action by writing back a note to the patient's clinical record.
To view the note in Zedmed, follow the steps below:
- In Zedmed, in the Patient record, click into Clinical Records > Open Patient > Patient > Reference view at the bottom left:
- Click on the tool icon. It will open up Recall Property > Recall Notes where you can view the HotDoc note:
