How can I see which Reminders will be sent to patients?

You can to see all of the Reminder messages that are queued to be sent to patients for upcoming appointments. 

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Reminders > Future Reminders:

  2. Refer to the 'Event' column for one of two statuses:

    • Scheduled - This means that the Reminder meets all conditions to be sent to the patient and will do so at the Send Time
    • Will not send because: - This status means that the Reminder will not be sent to the patient for the reasons that are listed
