Can a patient call the practice via the Recall message?

Question

Can a patient easily call the practice to book an appointment after receiving a Recall SMN?

Solution

Yes! Your practice's phone number will be included in the Recall SMN.

In most cases, the phone number is linked for direct dial depending on the patient's device. They can then simply tap on the number and be connected to your Reception Team to make a booking.
