What does the patient see when they receive a SMART Recall (Clinical Reminder)?


The patient will receive an SMS:


Please note: the second/third messages in this example would only send if the patient does not verify their DOB and surname (see below) on the first message attempt. This can be customised during set up.


The patient presses the link, taking them to the identity verification page.



Once the patient correctly enters their surname and DOB, the nature of the recall will be revealed, with the information you have created in your template. They can then book online if you have this setting in place.
