What if a patient doesn’t have a mobile phone?

 

Any patient that does not have a mobile will be flagged as 'To Action - Invalid phone number'.

You can then decide to call patient or 'Remind By Post' - refer to Steps 2 and 3 in our Daily Checks instructions
