Auto-actioning of appointments

HotDoc bookings allow you to customise the way your clinic handles online appointments.

You can allow all appointments/cancellations to be automatically processed into your appointment book.  Alternatively you can set appointments/cancellations to require manual confirmation from your reception team before they are processed into your appointment book.

 

To edit your auto-actioning settings follow these steps:

 

1) Login to the HotDoc Dashboard at www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard using your HotDoc login.

 

2) Click on the Bookings icon on the left of the screen:   Screen_Shot_2017-03-22_at_9.47.41_am.png

 

3) Click on the Settings icon:   Screen_Shot_2017-03-22_at_9.48.12_am.png

 

4) The tick-boxes allow you to select which options will be processed automatically.

(We advise our clinics to have all three boxes ticked by default)
