How do I change our practice profile image?

Solution

You can customise the image that displays on your practice's online booking page via the Setup section in the HotDoc Dashboard.

To upload or change your image, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your HotDoc Dashboard. 
   
   
2. In the menu on the left hand side, select Setup > Practice Profile. 
   
   
   
   
3. Select Choose Image. 
   
   
   
   
4. Either drag and drop the image into the blue box, or select Browse Files to choose the location of the image on your computer.
   
   
   
   
5. After uploading the image, you can crop the image to optimise its position. This can be done by dragging the corners of the cropping box into your desired position. Select the Save Changes button once you are happy with your image. 
   
   
   
   
   
6. Once saved, the new image will display on your Online Bookings Page.
