How to view online appointment metrics
Your online booking metrics will be in the Analytics section of the Dashboard. To view these, follow the steps in the article below:
- Login to the HotDoc Dashboard using your Clinic User information.
- In the left hand menu, select Bookings > Analytics:
- Once on the Bookings Analytics page, you can the view the number of appointments for any given time frame by filtering the appropriate dates in this calendar functionality.
- Once you have selected your time frame, you can review the following:
- Total Appointments
- New Patient Appointments
- Existing Patient Appointments
- Mobile App Appointments
- Total Appointments By Doctor
- Proportion of New vs Existing Appointments
