HotDoc Bookings allow you to customise the way your practice processes online appointments.
- You can choose to automatically accept all appointments and cancellations into your appointment book.
- Alternatively, you can require that online booking requests be manually actioned in your HotDoc Sidebar before they are processed into your appointment book.
In general, we do recommend using auto-confirmation to maximise the efficiency of the service but if you would like to customise how bookings are confirmed, please follow the steps below.
- To change your confirmation settings, log into your HotDoc Dashboard here, and navigate into the left hand menu into Bookings > Settings:
- Once in your Settings, you are able to select the relevant boxes, which will either enable or disable automatic confirmations then click the green Save button:
