Concierge allows you to check-in your patients without them having to queue. The patient can be asked to take a seat and concierge can go around checking the patients in after.
To check-in a patient, follow these steps:
1. Tap anywhere along on the row that displays the patient's name:
2. You will then be brought to the patient screen where you can make changes or updates to their patient details:
3. Once the details displayed in this screen are correct, tap the 'Check In' button in the top right hand corner of the screen:
4: The screen will then show the patient has been successfully checked in:
5. When you return to the main concierge screen, you will see the patient has changed from yellow to green, indicating they have arrived and are waiting for their appointment:
