The Check-in History allows you to keep track of patients who check-in via the Kiosk, iPad or Mobile Check-in. Here you can see an overview of the product including your practice's check-in statistics for the month and details for all check in attempts.
How to find Check-in history in the Dashboard
- After logging into the Dashboard, click on the Check-in tab on the left hand side and then select History.
- You will then see your statistics at the top of the page. This includes total number of check-ins (last 30 days), total number of updated patient details
(last 30 days) and the percentage usage for the Kiosk (last 30 days):
- Below is the Appointment Arrivals History. This lists all the patients who have used the Kiosk or their Smartphone to check in for an appointment, the Appointment Time, Device Type, Check-in Type, Doctor, Outcome and the Inform Promotion:
- The Outcome column will indicate whether the Check-in was successful or not. If unsuccessful, it will state the reason and ask patients to Check-in at the reception. To review the specific details for why the Check-in failed, please hover over with your mouse for a detailed description:
