How to add an email address for Lead alerts

You're able to set up an email alert to be advised when a patient indicates they are interested in other services, via the Leads system. 

It's easy to add your preferred email address, for example for the Nurse team, so you're alerted straight away.

To do this, access the Dashboard with your login details: https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard#/login 

Access the 'Inform' tab, and select 'Leads' in the drop down. 

From the main 'Leads' screen, select the "cog icon" the top right hand corner:

This will take you to the 'Settings' page for the Leads system:

Simply type in the preferred email address for the Leads alerts and select save. After you've done this the screen will display like so:
