You can view any Activations that you have already actioned as well as those still in progress in the Activations section of the HotDoc Dashboard. Here, you can easily move a lead back onto your Open Activations screen if you have accidentally removed it.
How to view activations in the Dashboard
- In your HotDoc Dashboard head to Inform > Activations then select View Activations on the relevant campaign:
- You will be shown a list of patients this Activation was shown to as well as the status they're in. You can also use filters to be shown specific patients:
- Select View on a specific lead to see further information and leave notes about the lead. If you need to change the lead to another status, select the dropdown next to Status, choose an option then select Update.
