HotDoc Check-in is simple to set up for the reception team and simple to use for patients.
To power the touchscreen, it requires to be connected to a wall outlet.
When the touchscreen is initially switched on, the wifi internet details will be required to activate the internet connection. Alternatively, an ethernet cable can be connected to the unit and an internet wall outlet.
Following this, logging in is as simple as using the login details for the HotDoc Sidebar (and Dashboard).
This screen will appear and patients will be able to check-in!
